Welcome to QatarConnect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and solutions. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using QatarConnect's digital infrastructure services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and QatarConnect ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Responsibilities & Obligations
A Account Security
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Ensure all account information remains accurate
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
B Acceptable Use
- Comply with all applicable Qatar laws and regulations
- Refrain from unauthorized network intrusion attempts
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Avoid transmission of malicious code or spam
Prohibited Activities
Any attempt to compromise network security, reverse-engineer our solutions, or disrupt service availability constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Data Responsibility
Users must backup their data regularly. QatarConnect implements enterprise-grade redundancy but assumes no liability for data loss.
Compliance
Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, and legal action under Qatar's Cybercrime Prevention Law.
3. Service Terms & SLA

Service Credits
Credits are applied to the following billing cycle. Maximum credit not to exceed 50% of monthly service fees for the affected service.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Qatar law, QatarConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry arbitration center.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Doha, Qatar for any legal proceedings.
